Mr. Kwon’s practice focuses on corporate transactional work, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as advising private and public companies and financial institutions on all related corporate, corporate governance, commercial, licensing and securities law matters. He has primarily dealt with transactions in industries including automotive, financial services, technology-based, pharmaceutical, and industrial fields. Having worked at major law firms in New York, Los Angeles and Seoul, Korea, Mr. Kwon has significant experience in representing diverse and international business clients in many different areas of law.

Juliana Oh is a founding attorney of J. Kwon Law, specializing in the area of U.S. Immigration and Nationality law. Ms. Oh received her B.A. from Seoul National University and her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School. While attending Fordham University Law School in New York, Ms. Oh focused on international business and trade law. Ms. Oh has represented clients in challenging matters in the U.S. and Korea. Ms. Oh has experience working for multiple immigration law firms and represented clients in many states including Michigan, New York, and California. She is experienced in business based immigration cases and represented professional individuals and corporate clients as well as family based immigration cases. She is admitted to practice in New York, and she is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
